because great minds don't think alike
Your collective of leadership strategists, creative communicators, business advisors, designers, artists, and entrepreneurs.
YOU'LL LIKE WHAT WE SEE
When you need it most, we help you craft and deliver your investor,
C-suite or key client presentations. If you are set to give a keynote address or speak before a large audience, we'll be happy to coach you. It's a noisy world out there. We help you cut through the noise.
We help you challenge, innovate and optimize your business models to achieve both economic performance and positive social impact. We take the "profit + people + planet" conversations out of cocktail parties and into the real world.
All starts with and rests on a crystal clear essence, a crisp image and a compelling narrative for your brand. We help you with this. Then, to drum up business, carry out your mission or spread your message, we embark as your trusted 360 agency. You'll like what we see.
At times, if the fit is right, we jump in with you as interim CEO, CMO or CSO. We do project development and management, funding strategy and outreach, pitches and negotiations, collaborations, partnerships and sponsor outreach.
We are an agile business strategy consulting and creative agency, communications think tank and management boutique firm. We work with courage and integrity at the intersection of business, technology, art and social impact. Our raison d'être is to reveal possibilities never imagined before, and enable new and positive narratives to unfold. You’ll like what we see.
WE ARE REFLECTORS
Once a lawyer, Spade became an electronic music DJ.
Spade: “You are golden reflectors.”
Us: “Hum… Golden what?”
Spade: “Yep. You are golden reflectors. We tell you our stories in bronze or in silver. You listen. And when you tell the stories back to us, it’s gold.”
Spade’s compliment took a while to seep in. But friends came with a nudge: “change your story, change your life.” And then we were born again.
WE ARE HOOLIGANS
Miroirs is also a five-movement suite for solo piano written by French composer Maurice Ravel. Around 1900, Maurice Ravel joined a group of innovative young artists, poets, critics, and musicians referred to as Les Apaches or "hooligans," a term coined by Ricardo Viñes to refer to his band of "artistic outcasts." To pay tribute to his fellow artists, Ravel began composing Miroirs in 1904 and finished it the following year.
"Profits are in no way inconsistent with purpose. In fact, profits and purpose are inextricably linked."

Our MBA profs taught us to focus on a well defined niche.
But Seth Godin noticed that "successful people break the rules".
We work with public, private and governmental organizations of all sizes, for and not-for-profit, here and abroad,
as long as the pursuit goes beyond economic performance to seek positive social impact too.
“The best business plan and investor presentation I have seen in twenty years.”
